Pet Sitter Agreement

As a pet sitter on Woofy Baby, you play a crucial role in providing love and care to pets while their owners are away. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and reliable experience for everyone involved, we require all pet sitters to agree to and abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering as a pet sitter on Woofy Baby, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including any future amendments or modifications.

2. Insurance and Liability

a. Pet Sitter's Insurance Responsibility: You acknowledge that Woofy Baby does not provide an umbrella insurance policy for services arranged through the platform. It is your responsibility to maintain your own pet sitter insurance policy that covers liability for accidents or injuries to pets, property damage caused by pets under your care, and any legal expenses that may arise from your pet sitting services.

b. Disclaimer: Woofy Baby will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur during a booking. The responsibility for obtaining and maintaining adequate insurance coverage rests solely with you and the pet owner.

3. Commitment to Care

You agree to provide the highest standard of care to all pets entrusted to you, adhering to the pet care instructions provided by the pet owner and treating each pet with kindness, compassion, and respect.

4. Booking and Cancellations

a. Accepting Bookings: You commit to using the Woofy Baby platform for all communications and transactions related to booking pet sitting services. You agree to accept bookings only when you can fully commit to the requested dates and services.

b. Cancellation Policy: You agree to adhere to Woofy Baby's cancellation policy for pet sitters. In the event you must cancel a booking, you commit to doing so as early as possible to minimize inconvenience to the pet owner.

5. Communication and Conduct

You pledge to maintain professional and courteous communication with pet owners at all times. This includes promptly addressing any questions or concerns they may have and providing updates on their pet's well-being during the booking period.

6. Use of the Platform

a. Profile Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Woofy Baby profile, including your experience, qualifications, and availability.

b. Compliance with Policies: You commit to following all Woofy Baby policies and guidelines related to safety, pet care standards, and community conduct.

7. Modifications to Terms

Woofy Baby reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You agree to regularly review the terms and to be bound by any modifications or amendments.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Woofy Baby, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Woofy Baby operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
